Are these physical products?

No.

All products sold on EmbroMint are digital machine embroidery files. No physical item will be shipped.

When will I receive my files?

Immediately after your payment is completed.

You'll receive a download link on the order confirmation page and by email.

Which embroidery machines are supported?

Our files are compatible with most embroidery machines that support the included file formats.

Common formats include:

DST, PES, JEF, EXP, VP3, HUS, VIP, and XXX.

Please check each product description before purchasing.

Can I sell items made using your designs?

Yes.

You may sell finished physical products created using our embroidery files.

However, you may not resell, share, copy, or redistribute the digital embroidery files themselves.

Can I get a refund?

Because our products are digital downloads delivered instantly, we generally cannot offer refunds once the files have been downloaded.

If you experience a technical issue with one of our files, please contact us and we'll gladly help.

I cannot unzip the files.

Please extract the ZIP folder before transferring the embroidery files to your machine.
